The Order Process

Step One: Browse and Buy at Fihaarabari.com

Browse Fihaarabari.com and add items to your shopping bag by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button that is on each product page. Once you have found the item(s) that you would like to purchase click on 'Cart' in the top right hand corner and you will be taken to a page to review the items you have added to your bag. You can then 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter in your delivery and payment details. You can pay for your orders at Mode by Amex, Visa, Mastercard or Internet Banking.

Step Two: Your Order is Received by our Stores
Once your order is placed, the Fihaarabari stores that you ordered from receive notification and prepare your order for dispatch.

All Fihaarabari stores are Maldivian owned and operated so your order is supporting local businesses.

Step Three: Your Order is Delivered to Your Door
All Fihaarabari orders are dispatched from within Maldives and are sent by courier. Delivery times typically take 1-3 work hours to arrive. Individual items may arrive at different times if they are from different Fihaarabari Stores.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the items that you received, you can send them back to the appropriate store for an exchange, refund or Fihaarabari gift voucher. All refunds are processed by Fihaarabari.com.
